Book donations are accepted prior to our annual book sale in June.   We welcome good hard cover books and paperbacks, fiction or non-fiction, children’s books, sound and video recordings and sheet music (please note: we do not accept textbooks, encyclopedias, Reader’s Digest Condensed Books, or magazines).  A special book collection bin will be placed in the Library Lobby a few months before the June sale. I'd like to donate a new book to the Library. 

If you would like to donate a particular book to the library (for example, the history of a local organization, or a book that you have written), please contact the Adult Services Department Head, Gerry Gillespie at 203.385.4164.

Would you like to acknowledge someone special by donating an item in their honor to the Library?   You can donate a permanent remembrance for someone's birthday, graduation, bar mitzvah, wedding, memorial, or any special event.
